Amazon is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Partner Account Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving Seller growth with integrators and established partners.

Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the Partner Account Manager will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our partnership strategies and contribute to the growth of Amazon's ecosystem. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, project management abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing and educational initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Work together with our partners to onboard and accelerate the Seller performance
Deliver comprehensive post-mortem documentation for each event, identifying successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Develop a scalable playbook for commercial initiatives that can be implemented across other locales
Develop long-term relationships with partners, support them in the integration of their offers and develop ambitious goals for future growth prospects
Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all sellers through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions with our partners
Work closely with partners to invent and drive commercial initiatives that drive Seller performance
Identify and manage projects to improve customer and seller experience, working closely with internal and external teams
Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Dutch
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Experience in partnership management, account management, or a related role
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
Highly organized and results oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in retail and/or a technology / eCommerce business preferred but not essential
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
Experience in educational program development or training initiatives
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives
