As a key member of the Pega Solutions Consulting team, you'll work with customers alongside the Account Executive. Your role will involve defining solutions using Pega’s Low-Code Platform, qualifying opportunities, and coordinating with product management, engineering, and consulting to ensure our strategy's success. Our Solution Consultants are tech-savvy and customer-focused, driving innovation and value.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Work with enterprise clients to understand their goals, streamline operations, and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels. Make this real with top-notch technical demos showcasing Pega’s capabilities.
Be a key player in the account team, defining and driving the sales and success strategy.
Present, listen, design architectures, demo solutions, discuss ideas, and solve complex problems to ensure customer success.
Analyze key issues faced by global enterprises and evaluate how Pega's unique tech and architecture can drive meaningful improvements.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients leverage Pega’s technology to achieve their business goals.
Who You Are:
Passionate about people and technology, with experience in roles like pre-sales, consulting, technical enablement, or software development.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with great communication skills in both languages.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a tech-related field or have equivalent knowledge.
A strategic thinker who can create and present awesome product demos, combined with top-notch communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Experienced in software development, architecture, project management, requirements engineering, product management, and solution architecture.
Excited about exploring new technologies and hands-on problem-solving.
What You've Accomplished:
Worked with sales teams to create customer-specific solutions to complex problems.
Delivered Proof of Concepts (POCs) and custom demos, educating customers on product capabilities.
Demonstrated thought leadership in technology with 3+ years of experience.
Proven to be a self-starter, capable of coordinating a larger team of specialists towards a common goal.
