Accountemps is tracking to full-time a temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk for a family owned business in the Anaheim area. Accounts Receivable duties include confirming accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring inbound payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Responsibilities:
Invoicing Customers Process accounts and incoming payments in agreement with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial business, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data Verify inconsistencies and resolve issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting client
