Human Resources Administrator (Tech-Savvy, New Grads Welcome)

Location: Ancaster

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $45,000-$50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, including data entry, updates, and personnel changes.

  • Support recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

  • Assist with onboarding new hires through digital platforms, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Utilize HR systems (HRIS, ATS) for reporting, time tracking, and general HR operations.

  • Implement and improve HR tech solutions and processes.

  • Support training, development, and performance management programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Answering employee inquiries regarding, Payroll benefits and time off and attendance.

  • Assisting with HR Special projects

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and other departments.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).

  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Interest in leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
