What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Warranty Recovery at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience filing warranty claims, pulling data, developing reports and utilizing Microsoft Excel for data capturing and reporting purposes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong customer-facing skills
Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in warranty activities across a medium to large enterprise environment
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business administration
3 years of relevant experience
Experience with asset management systems
Experience with Cetaris

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Maintain accurate records for all warranty activities including power units, trailers, forklifts, hostlers, handhelds, part number lines and fleet maintenance
Prepare regular reports on warranty data
Assist in mitigating risk due to out-of-warranty mechanical failures
Develop, test and analyze data to improve equipment reliability and decrease mechanical issues
Review and analyze claims as well as daily submission of warranty claims
Analyze work order data and file claims
