Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Description

We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to provide technical support. This role involves troubleshooting diverse systems, managing complex computer images, and providing end-user support. This position offers a contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support & troubleshooting for computers and networking

• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) for registration, configuration, and deployment

• Coordinate help desk/end user support activities for the department and other desktop technicians

• Administer and manage support for SCCM and printing

• Administer and configure services including Users & Computers, and Group Policy management in Active Directory

• Manage wireless computer equipment including setup, monitoring, and printing

• Manage Asset Inventory

• Install and configure Office 365 and its components

• Create and maintain end-user documentation for desktop support

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk Support.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft SCCM.

• Demonstrable skills in Hardware and Software.

• Experience in Active Directory and basic troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.

• Exhibits a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer service.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.

• Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
