About the Role: Provide technology leadership and own the decisions to deliver enterprise software solutions that wow the customers Lead a team of 8-12 engineers to deliver technology outcomes by managing team capacity, productivity and quality across multiple priorities Champion the use of AI as part of engineering ways or working and delivery Apply the knowledge of software architecture to manage software design, development and debugging according to design specifications Develop, monitor, and analyze key metrics.Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvements Use AI tools and processes to deliver engineering team's productivity improvements Manage risks and issues that may impact delivery commit. Set and implement quality KPIs. Own employee engagement, talent development and performance management. Manage the interviewing, hiring, and training processes for new team members. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and achievements to leadership using data-driven insights
About You: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2+ years of people management experience 3+ years of Agile delivery experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Proven experience leading contingent workers Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
