Responsibilities*

We invite applications for one research fellow position in the field of space physics or related fields with a focus on numerical modeling. The initial appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal for more years subject to performance review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on numerical modelingof the magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling using the Space Weather Modeling Framework.

Required Qualifications*

  • Ph.D. in Space Physics, or a related field.

  • Strong background in space physics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications*

  • Experience with numerical modeling is preferred
