Job Description:

• Client is looking for UCC Engineer who will be supporting internal company programs and operations, who can perform following functions which follow the defined standards in AV rooms designs, analyses, evaluates, and tests. Creating an effective collaboration room requires careful planning and consideration of various factors to ensure that it fosters creativity, productivity, and effective teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in design and plan unified communications solutions based on organizational needs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Deploy and configure unified communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools.

• Monitor and maintain the health and performance of unified communications infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular updates and patches.

• Integrate unified communications systems with other IT components, such as network infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services.

• Implement security measures to protect communication channels, data, and endpoints, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolve communication-related issues, and offer training when necessary.

• Create and maintain documentation for unified communications systems, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience with Unified communications solutions

• Deploy and configure unified communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools.

• Create and maintain documentation for unified communications systems, including configurations, procedures, and best practices.

• Analyze usage patterns and plan for capacity upgrades to meet future communication needs.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.

Education:

• An AA degree, military technical training or their equivalent vocational training is required
