What you’ll do:

The Integration & Technical Infrastructure Project Manager (ITIM) oversees Integration PM services throughout pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and handover for a secure commercial data center project. As a key member of the customer’s local project team, ITIM coordinates with both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in design workgroups, workshops, and integration meetings while organizing and documenting project integration sessions.

  • Provide input on scheduling, constructability, and design changes to meet project milestones and improve sequencing.

  • Manage milestones, track progress, and report on scopes, including procurement, dock dates, and go-live schedules, ensuring interdependencies and hand-offs are maintained.

  • Oversee change management processes and justifications for relevant scopes.

  • Coordinate and communicate site progress to internal stakeholders, managing scope interdependencies with the construction schedule.

  • Serve as the on-site ITIM representative, managing telecom material procurement, integration deliverables, and installation facilitation.

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines, escalating risks as necessary.

  • Support project phasing adjustments and propose mitigation strategies for potential delays.

  • Monitor construction and integration activities, ensuring adherence to integration requirements and project specifications.

  • Coordinate security installation schedules, guarding requirements, and timely procurement of circuits and hardware.

  • Manage handover processes, including Early Access, Beneficial Use, and Turnover to Operations, ensuring seamless transitions.

  • Track outstanding punch list items, POs, and post-construction closeouts, driving timely resolution.

  • Attend and actively contribute to cross-coordination, workgroup, and operations meetings.

  • Oversee facility lockdown processes and commissioning (CX) coordination to avoid delays.

  • Compile and close out PAO project documentation, incorporating lessons learned and driving operational readiness through CMMS deliverables and EOPs.

Candidate Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Project management: Construction, system integration

  • Data Center Experience : Construction, operations, design, planning

  • Applicant must have an RCDD certification.

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Top-Secret/SCI with Polygraph Clearance .

Candidate Expectations:

  • Familiarity with customer campus data center builds and secure facility operations.

  • Experience with high-side secure fiber installation in data centers and working with Corning Rocket Ribbon fiber.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Bluebeam Revu.

  • Skilled in reviewing and editing engineering and red-line drawings for final approvals

  • Procurement experience for materials and equipment in secure data centers.

  • Strong quality control management expertise.

Pay Range: $149,840 - $187,300

Upon the successful verification and crossover of the required security clearance, the candidate will qualify for a security bonus.
