Aerotek Assembler in Anoka, Minnesota
We are currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Assemblers in The Anoka area. We have openings for both prior experience candidates AND ENTRY LEVEL candidates . These positions are weekly pay and start at $18.00 an hour (additional pay for shift differential). All the overtime you want is offered.
Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Schedule : 1st or 2nd shift
Pay: $18.00 to $20.25 an hour
Job Description:
Manufacturing cabinets, heating/ cooling enclosures, and more
Working with hand and power tools
Utilizing blueprints to assemble more complicated assemblies of cooling systems and mild steel enclosures, will learn brazing the copper piping, grinding off the finish product, then hanging on the paint line.
Work individually or part of team to assemble an entire product or component of a product
.
Work Environment
- High speed environment, NOT an assembly line. Building the product off blueprints, brazing. Moving around a ton, need to be open to helping out in multiple areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
No previous manufacturing experience is required - would like someone with a DESIRE to get into manufacturing
3+ months of assembly experience is a plus
any sort of construction or hand and power tool experience is also a plus
