TEKsystems Field Services Tech in Antigo, Wisconsin
Description:
TEKsystems is looking to hire (3) IT Field Service Technicians for a large client of ours in Northern Wisconsin! There are 3 locations, all travel to locations other than their “home base” will be mileage reimbursed. These will be in the following locations:
a. Antigo, WI: Position will require travel between other sites within 1-2 hours of driving, but the home base will be Antigo.
b. Stevens Point, WI: Position will require travel between other sites within 1-2 hours of driving, but the home base will be Stevens Point.
c. Portage, WI: Position will require travel between other sites within 1-2 hours of driving, but the home base will be Portage.
Skillset:
0.5 to 3 years of IT experience preferred
Experience with hands-on support (troubleshooting PCs, desktops, phones, and printers. Cabling, etc)
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for clients at their locations
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware issues or other equipment such as Desktops, work phones, printers.
