The Sr. Analyst will support the development and deployment of JSC Distribution network strategies to ensure efficiency and resilience of the existing end-to-end supply chain and readiness for emerging therapies. Strategies will build upon existing strengths while also crafting additional capabilities to meet future needs. Develop the tools and insights for Deliver to integrate effectively into existing E2E business processes for Network Strategy and Product Portfolio Management, including LRFP & BP strategic plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead distribution network analytics to support & drive improvements in the current and future JSC Distribution Network and prepare the distribution network for the future. Develop tools and processes to analyze, lead and visualize distribution & supply chain flows, capacity utilization and future readiness. The processes and tools shall facilitate global and regional strategic direction to ensure right distribution capacities and capabilities are available in time and at the right place.

  • Business product owner for digital data analytics tools developed and deployed, leading the life cycle and maturity roadmap of digital products in scope

  • Collaborate with Regional Deliver, Value Chain, JSC Network Strategy, Strategic Planning and other JSC teams to ensure end-to-end optimization and regional relevance.

  • Identify emerging product portfolio trends relevant to supply chain capability and distribution capacity, support development of strategic distribution recommendations.

  • Develop, implement, and lead global processes and systems for JSC Long Term Global Distribution capacity and capability modeling

  • Lead analysis for individual markets or distribution points in the network as well as for the global and or regional distribution networks.

  • Maintaining the global distribution model(s) and frequently adjust based on new insights and strategic planning data.

  • Facilitate risk and resiliency management for global distribution network, extend and build on the JSC end to end Value Stream resiliency models

  • Build network analytics solutions, make technology platform choices, and install life cycle support model

  • Embrace and support a CREDO based culture

  • Drive a culture of Safety & Compliance

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree (or university equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience working in Supply Chain operations and data analytics environment

  • Experience leading projects in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders

  • Shown capabilities and experience in data, technology, and analytics (Alteryx, PowerApps, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, Digital Twin etc.)

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, apply customer centric approach and life-long learning attitude.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence using data driven analyses and insights.

  • Shown analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in Supply Chain Make or Deliver setting

  • Experience working across multiple business segments, functions and regions

  • Familiarity with Distribution Centers

  • Familiarity with financial analysis tools routinely used in case valuation (e.g. NPV analysis).

Other:

  • Experience in working through virtual teams, excellent level of written and spoken English.
