For our Operations team we are looking for a Strategy Lead.

Your job

As a Strategy Lead you will be responsible to support the development of our long-term organizational strategy. Furthermore, you will be responsible to coordinate the internal communication of the IOH & GHB EU Operations Roadmap. Within your role, you will report into our director responsible for IOH & GHB EU Operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Build our strategic roadmap, together with the different Operations management teams (Heads, SSV’s, SV’s).

  • Organize the operations strategic offsites 2 times year.

  • Organize regular touch points with the Ops teams to follow-up the progress of the different initiatives (as part of the roadmaps).

  • Follow-up execution of key projects together with our Operations Transformation Manager.

  • Communicate the progress of our roadmaps to different levels in the organization.

  • Identify synergies across the teams.

  • Work collaboratively with the different Heads and wider stakeholder networks.

  • Use data insights to challenge day-to-day operations and build a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Produce meaningful, accurate management reports and statistical information in line with formats and timescales agreed with the Management, including trending and enhancement activities with quantification of operational impacts.

  • People manager of our internal comms representative.

Your profile

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role.

  • Operational background.

  • Experience of leading and implementing change.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Proven data analytics skills (advanced Excel, QlikView, Tableau ...).
