Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Irrigation Technician
Requirements:
Valid NC driver's license and good driving record- insurable
Ability to maintain a service route independently.
Excellent customer service skills
Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Basic computer skills for route tracking and work order completion
General maintenance of assigned service truck.
Strong work ethic and ability to meet daily goals.
Responsibilities:
Execute irrigation system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Independently manage and maintain a service route.
Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
Utilize basic computer skills to track routes and complete work orders.
Ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned service truck.
Collaborate with other team members on select projects.
Attending additional training sessions for professional development.
Contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Ability to use Tablet to receive daily schedule and use to record and complete each service visit.
