On this position you will be reporting our Factory Finance Manager. The position is based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Job Responsibilities
As a Factory Controller, you will join the Supply Chain Controlling team and the Climate Solutions Finance Community, contributing to ongoing improvements in both the Mexico Supply Chain and the Controlling Team. You will become the primary business partner for our HEX production site, collaborating closely with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities for this position will also include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Represent finance in projects such as productivity improvements, Product cost improvement activities and process optimization.
• Lead both the monthly reporting and the planning process in the factory.
• Be responsible for calculating, reviewing, analyzing, and continuously improving KPIs and give appropriate recommendations to the business.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting for the local Supply Chain leaders to provide the organization with meaningful and relevant business information.
• Analysis and controlling of monthly results, preparation of management information.
• Ensure transparency, predictability, and stability in the financial results to support decision making.

To succeed in this position, you should have a few years of firsthand experience in Finance & Controlling in a similar role and a strong financial acumen, combined with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
