¿Con quien estarás trabajando?
Como HR Administrador de Producción darás soporte en la organización, y gestión de controles, procesos, registros y documentación en actividades como reclutamiento operativo, así como los procesos de incorporación de los nuevos ingresos, comunicación, apoyo en eventos y actividades dirigidas a la reducción de la rotación.
¿Como harás la diferencia?
Colaboraras estrechamente en el equipo de recursos humanos y producción. Coordinaras todas las actividades relaciones a reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo y técnico.; atracción de talento, contacto con agencias y fuentes de reclutamiento.
Así como actividades de comunicación, todo el onboarding desde papelería, inducción, firma de formatos, logística de round tables, logística de entrenamiento.
¿Que es lo que queremos saber de ti?
TSU, LAE, Comunicación o afín
2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección operativo
Experiencia en empresas de manufactura
Dominio de office
¿Cómo será tu día típico?
Reclutamiento y selección personal operativo y técnico (posteo interno y externo)
Mantener indicadores de Rotación,
Archivo y expedientes
Inducción
Resolución y o escalamiento nivel 1 de personal (uniformes, rutas, comedor, certificación, cambios de categoría)
Apoyo proyectos de involucramiento con el personal.
Apoyo entrevistas de ausentismo, de salida, etc.
¿Qué pasa con las exigencias físicas del trabajo?
Planta de manufactura estilo metal mecánica
Rotar turnos (mismos que en producción)
Trabajo de Lunes a Jueves turnos de 12 horas, se descansa viernes, sábado y domingo.
