We are seeking an Entry Level Tax Preparer to join our team. As a tax preparer, you will work directly with clients (either in-person or virtually) to build a relationship as their trusted tax professional., You will be responsible for providing guidance, explaining, preparing, and completing accurate yearly tax returns. You ll also complete e-filing, provide printed copies of returns for clients to review, sign and e-file these forms to the IRS and states. *Responsibilities: * -Conduct face-to-face (or virtual) tax interviews with clients -Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns via emails or calls -Apply knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance -Maintain an appointment calendar There is much more to filing taxes than just filling out the forms. For clients it can be stressful when the largest single financial event of the year for the majority of Americans is their tax return! Here's where you get involved!
