STAFFMARK CDL Route Drivers Great Pay in APPLETON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: HIRING CDL A DRIVERS FOR OUR SPECIALITY PARTNER IN APPLETON, WI - Great Opportunity! Pay: \$29/hr + OT after 40 **Must be willing to convert to a component pay system that consists of miles stops, warehouse hours, unload/load, routine maintenance, etc. Average weekly pay will be around \$1400-1500 per week. Routes are typically divided amongst the drivers to equalize pay across the driver team.** Shift: Monday-Friday operation. Day shifts for local routes. Start times around 5-5:30 AM. Equipment: 53\', 48\', 28\' Tailers, Electric Pallet Jacks, Hand Dolly, Liftgates. Automatic transmissions. Equipment is well maintained. Geographic Territory: Local routes/regional- All back same day Job Description: Product is palletized and staged for the drivers to load their own trucks. Unload typically consists of palletized drops and dolly deliveries. Driver is required to have knowledge of how to operate a lift gate and electric pallet jack. Typically, the driver will have one route per day, but there are opportunities for a second route. Deliveries can range from retail chain stores to warehouses. Product Line: Paper products, packaging, corrugated boxes, bubble wrap and cleaning solutions. Customers: Commercial and industrial facilities Training and Certifications: Driver will go through an orientation when they arrive. Training consists of a road test, ride along with a supervisor or lead driver to learn routes, products, etc. Job Fit: Ability to back into tight spaces and retail parking lots.
