ManpowerGroup Food Production Line Lead in Appleton, Wisconsin

Our client, part of the food production industry is seeking a line lead to join their team. As a line lead, you will be part of the production team supporting operations. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, strong communication and multi tasking skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Line Lead

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17.00 an hour

What’s the Job?

  • Day to day operations within the production department

  • Assistance with equipment setup and inventory

  • Oversee and monitor production employees

  • Problem solving & Math skills

What’s Needed?

  • Multi tasking ability

  • Strong communication skills (bi-lingual preferred)

  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and plant management software

  • Ability to work overtime as required

What’s in it for me?
