Financial AnalystWe are hiring a Financial Analyst to join our Winfield United FP&A team. This role will support the crop protection business with emphasis on innovation, reporting enhancements, and analytical projects to support business decisions.This role is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN (hybrid work arrangement each week)Primary responsibilities include:FP&A advisory and support for the Crop Protection business, including variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, investments, predictive analytics, and other analysis to support commercial decisionsDrive innovation; recommend areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance reporting and analytical infrastructureExhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as neededExperience & Education:Bachelor's degree in accounting , finance or related requiredTwo years of related work experience or master's degreePrior experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and financial reportingPrior experience with Hyperion Essbase Planning, ERPs, and Power BI tools preferredPrior experience with financial modeling preferredCompetencies:Excellent interpersonal communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to deal effectively with ambiguityBe comfortable working with senior level managementDemonstrated project ownership and multi-tasking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyIntellectual curiosity; strive to challenge for continuous learningAbout Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
