Boston Scientific Product Manager II, Marketing Strategy - Electrophysiology in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the role: Join the Electrophysiology division at Boston Scientific as a Product Manager II - Marketing Strategy. In this dynamic role, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies focused on optimizing workflows and addressing new sites of service for atrial fibrillation (AFib) ablation. Your efforts will drive operational efficiencies within healthcare facilities and support the establishment of robust AFib ablation programs. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute detailed market research plans using both primary and secondary research methodologies. Analyze market data to generate actionable insights that drive business strategy and support decision-making. Partner with marketing, sales, health economics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies. Lead the design and implementation of business plans to enhance workflows across various healthcare settings. Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and customer behaviors in the electrophysiology and AFib ablation markets. Develop innovative solutions to streamline workflows, focusing on alternative sites of service for AFib ablation. Identify and address existing barriers in electrophysiology workflows to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3+ years' experience in consulting, market research, business strategy/analytics, or product marketing. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proven ability to generate data-driven recommendations. Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Successful track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams in a dynamic, matrixed, and hybrid work environment. Up to 25% travel required. Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Demonstrated experience in healthcare or medical device marketing, with a strong ability to develop clinical and commercial expertise in medical device therapies and products. Experience in life sciences or medical technology, particularly in electrophysiology or cardiology.
