Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for aQuality Supervisor! Your Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy and company standards. Validates quality processes by measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualifications; writing and updating quality procedures. Works directly with internal customers to support quality requirements. Follows Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved and ensures a quality product. Maintains and improves quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and audits Facilitates, trains and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects. Determines staffing requirements to meet quality and delivery expectations. Prepares productivity/quality reports for management as requested. You Must Have: Leadership and/or quality experience Must be detailed oriented Basic measuring skills - Be able to read a ruler and other measurement devices Basic problem-solving skills Microsoft Office experience Ability to work under pressure De-escalation skills Be able to work extended hours and weekends based on production schedule Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal We WouldAlsoPrefer: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 6 months+printing experience/fast paced high production environment 1+years' quality experience Taylor is proud to now offer Daily Pay.
