In this role, you have the opportunity to lead and support the clinical marketing process for MRI business in a Latin America district. You will develop and maintain the development, endorsement and clinical roadmaps for clinical domain, based on in-depth knowledge of clinical trends in Magnetic Resonance.
You are responsible for
The Clinical Marketing Specialist is the ambassador of Philips HealthTech ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
Ensures successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips MRI solutions
Delivers clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution
Participates in the development of Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) solutions together with MR Marketing Manager, for clinical education and consultancy programs to meet Customer requirements aligned with MR-District BMC strategy
Responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads via inbound and outbound campaigns (e.g. telephone calls and/or direct account manager contact) from CLV programs according to defined standard Philips Excellence Process Framework processes for Lead Management.
Filter and qualify pre-sales leads from specific CLV programs to be passed on to relevant Account Manager or channel responsible.
Support Account Managers during the negotiation process with clinical background to sustain our CLV value proposition
Ensure all leads receive initial contact within 48 hours; all contacts are contacted a minimum of 3 times before being closed (if unable to reach) and all leads are distributed within 7 working days to ensure customers receive an excellent experience.
Monitor customer adoption of CLV programs via MR-EYE tool.
Build relationships with prospective customers with the primary focus on lead nurturing and sales readiness qualification.
Acting as a point of contact for the clinical sales supports for MRI Latin America for all the clinical product application
Translates clinical information from clinical studies and white papers in to clinical material for our customers
Actively participates in Medical Conferences, New Product Introduction launches, clinical events
Lead customer delighting programs acting as clinical ombudsman
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree medical or clinical field.
5 + years of experience in the clinical Magnetic Resonance Imaging domain (required)
Selling skills, Active listening
Portfolio knowledge (technical and clinical value of products/solutions)
Communicate simply and persuasively to different customer audiences ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership verbally and in writing, face to face, and from distance
Tele-prospecting ability
Fluent in English is a must (required)
Fluent Portuguese is a plus
