Need 10 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag Equipment Operators to work in Argyle, MN. From: 03/10/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon.-Sat. 8 hrs./day Hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Must Apply By: 08/17/2024 NOTE: JOB DUTIES: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various equipment (combines, tractors, trucks, etc.) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing and harvesting of crops. Maintain/repair machinery. Operate equipment using modern technology. Maintain flood and sprinkler irrigations systems. Grain handling, hauling farm commodities. Minor farm construction projects. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. Work hours are determined by crop and weather conditions. Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and the Sabbath depending on crop conditions and need. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 6 months experience, employment reference, valid driver's license (Class D), clean MVR/driving record, High School Diploma/GED. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
