Key Responsibilities:
Manages the Maintenance Delay staff and reports to the TOMC managing director. Oversees all aspects of the maintenance delay, cancellation and event recording process and programs. The recorded information is used by the Technical Operations report programs. The Technical Operations reports program is used for statistical reports involving maintenance operational performance and to identify maintenance operation problems and provides an indication of aircraft reliability and station performance
Responsible for and supervises the Maintenance Delay department employees and programs
Reviews the maintenance delay, significant event, and cancellation information entered by maintenance, Network Operations Control and Airport Operations personnel
Coordinates with Technical Operations departments, Line Maintenance, Network Operations Control and Airport Operations departments in regards to maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations
Oversees and reviews the maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations using aircraft history and delay codes daily
Oversees and maintains the Maintenance Delay recording programs for maintenance delays, significant events and cancellations
Oversees and ensures maintenance delay, cancellation and event information is recorded in Sceptre and United Data Hub (UDH)
Assists the Managing Director of TOMC and performs additional tasks as required

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
Trade School and/or military or equivalent work experience
5 years Tech Ops aircraft maintenance experience
Knowledge of SCEPTRE, TOCS, AMTS Delay and Cancel application, United Data Hub (UDH), Volare, Turbo and Tech Ops programs and required manuals
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Bachelor's degree
FAA A & P
Demonstrated ability to extract data from mainframe and web-based systems
Tech Ops Delay and cancellation recording / reporting
