We are offering an opportunity for a Union Payroll Manager to join our team in Arlington, Tennessee. This role is primarily focused on overseeing and managing all payroll functions within our organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all payroll activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all payroll functions within the organization

• Use accounting software systems to manage payroll operations

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial management and reporting

• Employ Great Plains (GPAC) for accounting and financial management

• Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites for data management and reporting

• Ensure all accounting functions are performed accurately and within deadlines

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Oversee bookkeeping functions and ensure they are performed accurately

• Communicate effectively with the C-Suite regarding financial matters

• Utilize automated payroll systems for efficient payroll management

• Manage bi-monthly payroll and full cycle payroll processes

• Use HRIS Payroll System for efficient management of payroll

• Utilize Knit Payroll for payroll processing

• Ensure compliance with local payroll tax regulations

• Manage multi-state payroll and multistate payroll processes

• Oversee payroll for over 1,500 employees

• Manage all payroll functions within the organization

• Oversee payroll management and ensure all processes are carried out effectively

• Manage payroll transactions accurately and within deadlines

• Use Workday Payroll for efficient payroll processing

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Payroll Supervisor/Manager/Director role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is crucial

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites is expected

• Familiarity with Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

• Capacity to handle Bookkeeping Functions is a must

• Experience in working with C-Suite is needed

• Expertise in Automated Payroll, bi-Monthly Payroll, Full Cycle Payroll is required

• Familiarity with HRIS Payroll System, Knit Payroll, Local Payroll Tax is essential

• Experience in handling Multi-state Payroll, Multistate Payroll is crucial

• Must have managed Payroll for over 500 Employees

• Proficiency in Payroll Functions, Payroll Management, Payroll Transaction is expected

• Knowledge of Workday Payroll system is necessary.
