This role is remote with some time spent in the offices located at Texas Health Resources Corporate Offices at 612 E Lamar, Arlington, TX 76011. The role is Exempt (salaried), full-time, and 40 hours weekly.

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Nursing, Business Management or a related field is highly preferred.

  • A Master's Degree Health Sciences/Computer Science/Business Management/Related is helpful.

  • Five (5) years of Project Management experience relevant to this Revenue Cycle role is required.

  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred upon hire.

  • The successful candidate will have working knowledge of and expertise in project management methodologies, change management processes, and associated tools.

  • This position requires a candidate with strong communication skills to ensure clear communication to all individuals (technical and non-technical). The ability to successfully interact with all professional and leadership levels throughout the organization. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources. Strong Computer and software skills.

What You’ll Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for report back process to evaluate value delivered versus projected for programs and projects including but not limited to budget performance, resources consumed, costs incurred, and risk and change management. Support leadership in deploying and managing the project/program management office/function for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle.

Supports leadership in deploying and managing Enterprise Revenue Cycle project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.

Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner. Responsible for ensuring all projects within Revenue Cycle portfolios/programs are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level. Support leadership in deploying and managing the project/program management office/function for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle. Supports leadership in deploying and managing Enterprise Revenue Cycle project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.

Directs and mentors a team of project management staff and is responsible for creating/maintaining departmental budget and staffing plans.

Oversees and manages annual needs assessment and annual cycle request processes in conjunction with THR's strategic and financial objectives. Manages out of cycle request process via request analysis and incorporation into dynamic portfolio maintenance. Partners with Enterprise Revenue Cycle and key stakeholders to prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (ROI, business case capacity).
