AgencyIQ’s Account Management team embodies POLITICO’s culture, which is defined by grit, total integrity, and innovation. Our Account Management Associates focus on providing high-quality customer service while driving revenue through upsells and renewals.
What You'll Do:
Research and identify new opportunities to grow the existing subscriber base
Implement outreach strategy for in-person and phone interactions with subscribers and potential new subscribers
Support account management team with day-to-day client relationships and project management
Assist in the preparation and follow up of the renewal meetings and sales process
Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to respond to client requests and proactively deliver value
Assist in client onboarding by setting up access and conducting initial meetings with new clients to on-board and train them on how to navigate their dashboard, organize their content, and get the most out of their subscription.
Conduct product walk-throughs with existing and new users to add value to their subscriptions during renewal conversations and various other points.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience, including internship and externship roles
Strong client service ethic
Experience working in a team environment
Sales or customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with executives
Experience thinking through problems creatively
Attention to detail
Experience analyzing data and drawing conclusions based on the numbers
Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities
Ability to take initiative on projects and through customer service interactions
