This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. Job Description

We have a need for a Senior Acquisitions Management Analyst to support the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) previously known as the Joint Strike Fighter Program.
The F-35 JPO serves as the Department of Defense's (DoD) focal point for defining affordable next-generation strike aircraft weapon systems. The program’s current objective is to develop and deploy the F-35 Air System (AS), a three-variant family of highly common and affordable 5th generation strike fighter aircraft that meets the operational needs of the USAF, USN, USMC, and cooperative partner international services.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide Program Management Surge Support for the Combat Data Systems (CDS) Program Management Office (PMO) to mitigate the risk of not delivering CDS capabilities to the F-35 operators and maintainers.
Work with F-35 CDS PMO team members to develop acquisition strategies for Next Generation Mission Planning hardware and software programs.
Develop and execute acquisition plans to deliver to cost, schedule, and performance objectives for contracts with major defense contractors to include sole source and competitive actions.
Develop strategies for coordination of efforts with other government agencies to include OSD, NRO, NSA, cyber, and software depots.
Provide recommendations and lessons learned to less experienced, new, and current CDS PM personnel on government acquisition processes and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
15 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in a related field; 8 years relevant experience with Master's in a related field.
DoD acquisition experience.
Clearance: Active SECRET security clearance.
Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA with the possibility of 1-2 days of remote work.
Preferred Requirements
Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) Program Management Experience.
Combat Data Systems Management Experience.
Experience in Acquisition Strategy Development.
Experience in hardware development, agile software development, cloud computing, data transport, and data analysis to include AI/ML.
