Amazon GenAI Product Manager, Sales Insights, Analytics, Data Engineering & Science (SIADS) in Arlington, Virginia

Description

We are looking for a highly capable GenAI Product Manager who will lead the WW strategy, roadmap, and execution for a set of internally-focused GenAI Apps supporting our Commercial Sales Functions at AWS.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define & own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's generative AI initiatives

  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI to improve internal processes, tools, and products

  • Lead the development and deployment of generative AI products across teams, from ideation to launch

  • Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing company systems and workflows

  • Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and analyze usage data to inform product iterations

  • Develop training materials and documentation to enable successful adoption of AI products

  • Manage stakeholders across the organization and foster cross-functional collaboration

  • Work with external facing GenAI teams in order to explore opportunities to re-purpose/package & leverage internally-focused GenAI Apps for AWS' external customers.

About Sales, Marketing and Global Services (SMGS)

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning & driving complex technical products from ideation to creation, launch & adoption

  • Basic understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in enterprise environments

  • Excellent product management skills, including strategy, roadmapping, and execution

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Passion for leveraging AI to drive operational excellence and business impact

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and devise effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and privacy practices for AI systems

  • Hands-on experience with data management, data pipelines, and data governance practices for AI systems

  • Experience building or leading development of GenAI Apps in an Enterprise setting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
