Amazon Program Administrator, Relay Acquisition Marketing in Arlington, Virginia

Description

The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Relay Account Support (RAS) team is in search a data-driven, customer-obsessed program manager to pull data request to support digital and email marketing.

Key job responsibilities

• Support the Weekly reporting needs including compiling data and running reports

• Provide Pendo and new analytics tool support (i.e. Adobe Analytics) by pulling ad-hoc reporting including Digital Marketing ad click reporting, documents, targeting, etc.

• Compile and scrub monthly lead gen list for acquisition marketing efforts

• Support Marketing Operations Manager on core Marketo inputs including working in the platform to implement foundational and supporting automation tasks.

• Ad hoc reporting asks

A day in the life

A day in the life of a Program Administrator entails 1) supporting weekly reporting needs including compiling data and running reports 2) building segmentation cohorts in Marketo including data automation, 3) compliance processes, program template building, 4) creating QA processes for email sending, and 5) documentation for Marketo and how we use it.

About the team

This role will be a part of the Relay Acquisition Marketing team supporting Amazon Relay. This is a new role and we are looking for a self starter that can build a framework from the ground up and is comfortable with ambiguity and a start up environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or analytical discipline

  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, MarTech platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Pendo, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $39,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $84,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
