SOS International LLC Service Center Lead in As Sayliyah, Qatar

Overview

This position is contingent upon contract award

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Service Center Lead to manage service order support for a facility O&M contract in Doha, Qatar.

Essential Job Duties

  • Manage facility maintenance records and service orders for the contract.

  • Supervise supporting staff.

  • Ensure timely processing, prioritization, tasking, and close out of O&M service orders.

  • Manage preventive maintenance and service scheduling and tasking.

  • Supervise technical library with OEM references, historical documentation, warranty records, etc.

  • Prepare reports.

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates degree. High school diploma and 10 years of experience may be substituted.

  • 7 years of experience providing O&M services with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.

  • 3 years of supervisory experience.

  • 2 years of service order management.

  • Maximo asset management experience.

  • Proficient written and verbal communicator.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Work Environment

  • Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.

  • Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.

  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
