Actalent Controls Design Enginer in Ashland, Ohio
We are hiring a Controls Designer to jelp the operations teams with designing engineered panels that help control and monitor water. This role will be fully onsite for the first 6-12 months as you get ramped up, then you will be able to have 1-2 days WFH flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Design engineered panels using AutoCAD Electrical (switching to EPLAN soon)
Review/interpret specifications to build products used for water and wastewater applications
Create BOMs and documentation for the manufacturing of control panels
Skills & Qualifications:
Associates Degree and 3 years of professional experience OR Bachelor's in Engineering Field and 2 years of professional experience
2-3+ years of experience with control panel design / industrial automation design
AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN
PLUS:
Bachelor's Degree
EPLAN
Wastewater industry experience
