Opportunity:
Do you enjoy working with guests providing amazing customer service? Are you skilled and licensed to provide and teach professional skin care treatments? If so, a position as the Lead Esthetics Trainer at the Kohler Waters Spa may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Specific responsibilities include:
Being responsible for the integration of therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates
Serving as the Lead Trainer with weekly designed training time combined with service time
Having a working knowledge of private label products and department related products
Consistently following the Kohler Waters Spa policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
Overseeing the integration and training of all new therapists in both technical and non-technical requirements of the role
Overseeing and scheduling on-going, in-house training
Coordinating technical review training for therapists developing into the next level of expertise
Typical hours will vary between 7:00am and 9:00pm, weekdays and weekends.
Skills/Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma and department specific license is required
Minimum of 5 years industry experience
Prior Supervisory experience preferred
Ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse associate and guest profiles
Strong organizational skills and computer skills required
