Job Title: Toolmaker/Manual Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Toolmaker/Manual Machinist responsible for operating various manual machine tools and building fixtures from drawings or models. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain manual machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses. You will read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and models to build and assemble high-precision fixtures and tools. Additionally, you will use a full range of precision measuring and gauging tools to perform inspections and set-ups, including tool offsets.
Qualifications/Skills
5+ years operating a Manual Mill and/or Manual Lathe machine
5+ years experience drilling, tapping, deburring
Proficient with measurement tools - micrometers, calipers, gauges
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and models
Experience in building and assembling fixtures and tools with high precision

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Aston, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility and adaptability. The work environment has many deadlines, but also honest, growing, and hardworking. You will work in a very clean manufacturing environment. The hours are Monday-Thursday from 7am-4:30pm and Friday from 7am-11am, with overtime available on specific jobs Monday-Friday from 6am-4:30pm.
