HR Business Services – Time Management | HRBS Analyst

Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 23:30.

Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.

On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

Position summary

HRBS Analysts is able to manage and execute processes related to employee’s time management (overtime, vacations, punch controls), according to the timelines and procedures of the LATAM countries. In addition, they will support the team related to above processes. SR Analysts leads projects for process optimizing and continuous improvement. They also perform operation data quality.

Functions:

  • Being the key reference of knowlege in Time Management;

  • Be able to analyse and perform heal check, as well propose ways to solve Time Management;

  • Knowledge in Routines and standardization of flows and processes;

  • Skill to prepare and perform presentations to Nestlé Partners in Latam Markets (customer service knowledge);

  • SAP inputs (SAP knowledge is a differential).

  • Kronos inputs (Kronos knowledge is a differential).

A day in the life of...

The Analyst is able to apply operational knowledge to help the team deliver the correct service on time management processes. In turn manages and assists with the identification and analysis of ideas for continuous improvement initiatives based on the needs of the team. It is also responsible for the review of key indicators and volume management with the assigned process. Constantly challenges and seeks new ways to execute processes optimizing handling and quality for human resources area.Acts as a support and process reference for the team.

What will make you successful

Intermediate-Advanced English

Graduated (or ongoing) in Business Administration; Human Resources or related areas.

Microsoft office tools knowledge is required.

Intermediate Excel (data analysis)

Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.

Hability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Previous experience managing and executing high-impact processes for Human Resources Services

Knowledge in human resource management and / or administrative positions with management of time / impact on the payroll of collaborators.

Desirable experience in Kronos
