Nestlé Paraguay is the unit in charge of importing and distributing of all our 1# brands and they have been in the market for 23 years.
On the other hand, we are Nestlé Business Services Asunción, the Nestlé service center. We’ve been in the market since 2018. We provide Backoffice services as Supply Chain, Financial, HR, and Digital & Social Media to all Nestlé in LATAM from México down the map. Our clients are our colleagues.

BTS / Business Transformation Services / Project Specialist
Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00
Summary Position
Responsible for managing and monitoring projects, delivery of planned deliveries, working directly with different teams and frequent contact with stakeholders.

What will make you successful
Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineer or related areas.
Project Management Certificate is desirable.
Proven experience in project management methodologies is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Experience as a Project/Squads leader.
Availability for hybrid work or teleworking.
Proactivity is key to achieving the goals.
Excellent communication skills.
Mastery in Stakeholder management is fundamental.
Knowledge in project management methodologies including Waterfall, Continuous Improvement and others.
Fluency in English.
