A day in the life of…
Provide support to functional areas in NBS on Quality checks, and serve as Internal Single Point of Contact to NBS Managers, Supervisors and Leaders.Key Activities:
Run the Quality checks according NBS agenda previous agreed with the operations in order to ensure the minimum errors committed by clerks
Implement and suggest new quality checks in order to minimize the impact of errors in the market.
Be responsible to perform some checks in order to delivery some KPIs of accuracy.
Ensure implementation of checks in new services delivered by NBS
Coordinate meetings to improve the rules of checks to have accuracy
What will make you successful
Prior experience in continuous improvement initiatives and/or process mapping.
Excellent customer relationship, communication and service orientation skills.
Advanced Excel
Visual Basic (VBA) Intermediate
Good working knowledge of using extracts, tables and SAP queries
Intermediate level of Portuguese
Intermediate level of English
Knowledge of Automation technology tools is considered a plus
Power BI is considered a plus
Graduated (or ongoing) in Computer Science, Systems analysis degree, Data Science, Business Administration or related areas
