[Assist in the production of QuickLoadz automated trailers and Horizon Motor Electric Vehicles using various hand and machine tools to build and attach various parts, materials and equipment to custom trailers. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Assembly components and processes include bolt-on metal assemblies; prep and install of hydraulic components; and/or fabrication and assembly of various undercarriage components including, axles, brakes and electrical assemblies.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[The Assembler is responsible for reading diagrams and assembling various components efficiently and accurately according to QuickLoadz specifications. The successful candidate will follow quality control measures and document assembly processes according to company guidelines.]{times="" new="" roman";="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Mechanically inclined: use of hand, air/power tools (drills, impact wrenches, c-clamp and rivet guns) The Assembler will interact with and support other Shop Associates in the performance of these duties. The Assembler will report to the Shop Team Leader and will perform any and all duties as requested. Tack welding and overhead crane knowledge a plus.]{times="" new="" roman";="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[On occasion, this position will travel to customer locations to perform diagnostic evaluations and make repairs onsite.]{times="" new="" roman";="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Applicant must have a good understanding of products and processes. And be able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work a variety of tasks including, but not limited to the following:]{times="" new="" roman";="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Assemble machined parts]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Apply mechanical assembly skills.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}

[Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks.]{times="" new="" roman";="" font-size:="" 12pt;="" color:="" rgba(0,="" 0,="" 1)"=""}
