The AD, Product Management, Enrollment Leads all phases of the enrollment product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, leverages data/insights and customer feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes.
As a leader within the MPS Product Management organization, this role is accountable for leading a team of 15 Product team members and responsible for coaching, mentoring and building a high performing and engaged Product Management Team.

The ideal candidate:
is well-versed in Product Management leadership, practices and tools
proven ability to create vision and create a multi-year product roadmap
demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing team of Product Managers and Product owners.
is familiar with common types/model of Products/Product Lifecycles
has experience leading and guiding teams through change
Is outcome focused with demonstrated experience in defining, measuring and tracking value metrics
has a customer centric mindset with experience with various customer feedback tools and methodologies
is able to operate in a highly collaborative Agile Product Delivery environment
has experience in and familiarity with Member Enrollment business processes/operations in Health Insurance
Experience in leading through agile/product model transformations a plus
Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe®) or equivalent scaled product delivery environment is expected. This position will report to the AVP, Product within MPS and will lead a multi-level team of 15-20 associates.
Responsibilities:
Bring extremely strong product management and technical skills to bear as we invest in technology solutions that positively impact our consumer experience.
Lead and guide teams through all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and to achieve success outcomes.
Once products are launched, monitor efficacy of products and use customer and business feedback mechanisms to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation.
Adjust and advance product portfolio over time to continue achieving product goals and outcomes as well as to drive innovation through anticipating customer needs and desired outcomes.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple teams across the program to ensure solutions meet the needs of multiple businesses and associated customers and align with company’s goal
Work closely with key business partners (Operations leadership, Portfolio Mgmt, IT, Finance, etc) to build capabilities and prioritize investments.
Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with market trends, customer needs and company objectives and is consistently delivered and executed upon
Foster strong partnership with different business segments across organization, engineering, marketing, sales, compliance and other relevant departments to ensure successful product launches.
Manage product budget efficiently, making data driven decisions to allocate resources effectively.
Make decisions and set agenda for delivering on outcomes, and articulate barriers and challenges and create strategic scenarios for analysis and discussion.
Key Candidate Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 7+ years of overall professional experience in a role with product management, product leadership, platforms, strategic planning
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of product management best practices, consumer experience tools, methodologies and framework.
Lead intake process to assess, prioritize, measure and track product portfolio. Familiar with LPM processes a plus.
This person will also be a strong leader of people with proven success in expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of the team.

Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and win their co-ownership in the outcome
Current or recent experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is desirable, but not required
Ability to test strong hypothesis through A/B tests and continuous assessments of member and user behavior and insights through dashboards and analytics.

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:
· At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
· Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
· Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
· Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
· Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$136,200 - $187,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
