Campus Care Team Member - World of Coca-Cola - Full Time
Candidates must be able to work weekends, weekdays and holidays. Flexible shifts varying between the hours of 8am and midnight.
Position Overview:
Our Campus Care Team plays a meaningful role in our attraction for each of our Guests every day. Their work can make all the difference for our Guest's experience! Campus Care team members are representatives of World of Coca-Cola and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of their assigned front-of-house areas, back-of-house areas, and common grounds in a timely, safe, and organized manager. You will also be responsible for cleaning restaurants, restrooms (Guest and Employee), parks, lobbies, meeting rooms, offices, and support areas while interacting with Guests. From time to time, a Campus Care Team Member can expect to answer guest questions about World of Coca-Cola and nearby points of interest.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Thoroughly maintains and upkeeps cleanliness of exterior and interior of assigned location. Ensures restroom care, soft waste removal, glass cleaning, floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), dusting, etc. tasks are completed while actively providing exemplary guest service to internal and external guests.
Responds to spills, breakage, and blood born pathogen spills in a timely manner
Upholds show quality standards by ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner. As assigned, operates company equipment (vehicles, waste handling equipment, pressure washers, floor equipment, etc) following Standard Operating Procedures in a safe and responsible manner. Ensures consistent overall cleanliness and appropriate storage of equipment.
Responsible for monitoring and re-stocking inventory (cleaning supplies, paper products, etc) for assigned work area. Ensures consistent appropriate storage of supplies and equipment.
Accurately completes daily paperwork. Timely reports maintenance issues in work location and company equipment (street vacuums, waste handling equipment, etc).
Ensures recycling material is collected and placed in designated areas. As assigned, supports recycling material baling and sorting efforts.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established WOCC policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Acts as a Brand Ambassador by consistently modeling and upholding The Coca-Cola Company Core Values while driving brand awareness and encouraging lasting customer relationships.
Evacuates guests throughout the building in an emergency and assists those needing special assistance when appropriate.
Adheres to Company policies regarding timeliness, attendance and time clock procedures.
Maintains specified appearance standards for Front of House presentation.
Maintains a positive attitude and welcoming demeanor while in the presence of guests and ambassadors.
Monitors guests and surrounding areas for potential safety concerns or hazards and adheres to World of Coca-Cola safety procedures.
Works quickly as a team to help maintain the cleanliness of exhibits, galleries and theaters.
Interacts with guests with differing abilities in a respectful and appropriate manner, enforcing inclusion training provided by The Coca-Cola Company and World of Coca-Cola.
Handles guest situations in a professional, quick, thorough, and respectful manner.
Completes all required training as assigned regarding Life Safety, Evacuation, PCI Compliance, and ADA.
Other duties as assigned by World of Coca-Cola Leadership Team.

Physical Requirements:
Continuous walking and/or standing for prolonged periods of time (6-8 hours).
Ability to climb/navigate multiple levels of the building via stairs or elevator.
Continuous exposure to outside temperatures including extreme heat or cold.
Ability to visually assess gauges, meters, timers, and/or stock levels and react based on training with little to no guidance.
Ability to reach over head to lift objects up to 20 pounds.
Ability to push and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to navigate through dark and work in enclosed spaces.
Ability to work in noisy, crowded and tight spaces.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
One year experience in custodial/janitorial, cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance.
Strong verbal and presentation skills, multi-lingual skills a plus.
Proven ability to adapt to change, work effectively under pressure, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in a standardized method.
Pay Range:$32,941 - $37,146
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
