The Coca-Cola Company Costa Coffee Operations Manager USA in Atlanta, Georgia
The newly established Costa US team will lead the way to globally scale the Costa coffee platforms. Part of the growth of the brand will be direct interactions with customers and consumers in multiple platforms at the point of the consumer experience. The Operations Manager owns our technical development and proficiency across our served & self-served platforms in the US market. This role will be the technical SME on the platforms to ensure we have the right programs, partners and processes in place to install and support coffee brewing and dispensing equipment. The individual will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and a resilience to succeed despite the significant challenges while in a consumer and customer environment.
Manage portfolio of equipment solutions, warehousing and remanufacturing of equipment, water filtration program and service network needed to support Served & Self-Served Platforms in the US.
Manage the equipment installation process, including the 3rd party partner performance and improvement initiatives, sourcing new partners, stewardship and SLA management
Manage the execution of Costa audit programs for equipment platforms to ensure customers, on-boarding / audits, and service providers maintain equipment to Brand Standards
Manage market activation with equipment & service partners to support the Costa business needs with the right technical team information ensuring superb execution resulting in customer delight.
Own equipment downtime reporting & HIO analysis to determine root cause issues to mitigate down time and increase customer satisfaction.
In time, manage team of associates responsible for ongoing care and maintenance of equipment platforms in market (Brand Excellence Ambassadors, Field Service Managers, etc)
Strong analytic skills, creative thinking, team first leadership, near term and midterm organizing, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to diagnose technical components to decipher root cause issues and then broadly communicate resolutions.
Proactive issue identification, root causes and problem-solving skills on a macro and micro level.
Group presentation skill proficiency.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Required: 4-6 years technical experience with instructional roles included
Preferred: 5-10 years technical experience across multiple platforms and markets with instructional roles
