Job Overview
Salary Range: $60-70K
Candidate must live in the Atlanta area
Position Summary
Works with the Credit, Collections and Cash App. teams and other departments to track key business metrics. Performs reporting and ad hoc analysis to identify variances and improve performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supports new employee on-boarding and training.
Supports NetSuite ERP enhancements and automation projects.
Manages Power BI data and Aging reports for commercial teams.
Produces daily, weekly and monthly AR performance reporting.
Assesses and supports internal and external customers’ needs in all facets of collections.
Manage assigned projects independently.
Help with data analysis and modeling work related to collections forecasting and variance analysis.
Establish strong relationship with individual teams and vendors.
Participate in initiatives and discussions related to GetPaid integration, NS data quality and process improvement.
Requirements
Experience Required:
3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
Preferably in facilities industry
B2B credit experience (not consumer)
Advanced skills using Excel
Business intelligence and analysis; data analysis
Financial analysis models and methodologies
NetSuite, Epicor, GetPaid and related business software experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
