Leverage their technical acumen & strategic mindset to identify & create Engineering Services growth opportunities, showcase Celestica’s Design and Commercialization Services capabilities, and foster collaboration amongst key internal & external stakeholders to achieve Celestica Engineering’s Business Development goals for its HealthTech business segment.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

1) Act as the primary liaison between Celestica Engineering and our customers, effectively communicating our unique value proposition and ensuring alignment with their project objectives.

2) Develop and execute comprehensive Engineering account & opportunity strategies by deeply understanding customer needs and market trends to drive successful project outcomes.

3) Collaborate closely with Celestica’s Sales, Engineering Solutions and Engineering Operations teams to ensure seamless alignment of efforts and position for project success.

4) Specialize in providing technical insights and guidance for projects and developing customer strategies, demonstrating a clear understanding of market and/or region-specific challenges and requirements.

5) Provide support for product commercialization efforts, including integration of Design for Excellence (DFX) and Test strategies, working closely with Engineering’s Commercialization Services team.

  • Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship management and professional sales skills.

  • Strong reporting skills as well as time and priority management skills

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills

  • Extremely strong team management skills

  • Exceptional ability to work with others as part of a cross-functional team.

  • Some electronics knowledge/background is essential

  • Knowledge and experience in the sales of Services (as opposed to Products) is critical.

Physical Demands

  • Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.

  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.

  • Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

  • Overnight travel may be required.

Typical Experience

  • Twelve to Fourteen years of applicable sales experience, including sales management experience.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: $147k-$175k Annually

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
