Inside Sales Development Representative

Position Overview

Idenhaus is a leading identity and access management services firm with a passionate team of information security experts. We are looking for an ambitious sales development representative ( ISDR ) who can grow with the business. Our ideal candidate loves sales, is eager to learn, and is looking for a high growth opportunity.

Your Role

The Inside Sales Development Representative prospects for new business and works these opportunities to close with our veteran sales team.  The ISDR will be responsible for new business as well as cross-sell and up-sell activities into accounts in an assigned region. You will utilize a consultative sales approach to map Idenhaus’ service offerings to the clients’ needs, and you will have a quota in additional annual contract value.  Some business development activities will also include working with managed services providers, vendors, partners and other opportunities for a one-to-many approach to selling Idenhaus services.

  • Leverage HubSpot CRM and industry tools build relationships with prospects

  • Conduct multi-channel sales outreach via phone, email and social media on a daily basis

  • Set appointments for sales representatives

  • Participate in sales calls (take notes, set action items and follow ups)

    Responsibilities

  • Quickly develop fluency on Idenhaus offerings and security concepts

  • Participate in joint sales calls with the CEO

  • Prospect, sell and close business into Commercial and Federal accounts

  • Ability to manage the sales process with tight control over each stage

  • Support RFP responses (Coordinate Idenhaus team, set up meetings with partners, write/edit responses, manage team and deliverables to meet RFP deadlines)

  • Ability to work with Idenhaus sales representatives for additional on the job training

  • Attend conferences with Idenhaus staff to generate leads, conduct follow ups, build customer and partner relationships

  • Be a strong sales "hunter" and foster longstanding client relationships

    Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 4+ years proven experience in a Sales Support role

  • Tech savvy (information security and technology, technology services)

  • High level of attention to detail, an aptitude to learn, the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects

  • Ability to get into new accounts by establishing the initial meetings needed to start a sales process

  • Comfortable with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn and other sales tools

  • Must be proficient using a computer and working with Microsoft Office software Business to Business Sales experience via telephone

  • Be a proactive, self-starter

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

    Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

  • 2+ years’ prior Sales or Inside Sales experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in the IT industry

  • Preferred knowledge and experience using HubSpot
