WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead our communication strategy and manage the successful execution of internal and external campaigns and projects. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, experience in managing creative requests, and the ability to execute effective communications across multiple channels and platforms. Job duties include:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and lead both internal and external marketing communication campaigns aligned with business goals. Set measurable goals, track performance, and optimize strategies to improve engagement across target audiences.

  • Creative Services and Vendor Management: Manage creative service requests and coordinate resources, including outsourcing to agencies and contractors. Oversee the quality, consistency, and timeliness of creative assets produced, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Written Communication: Craft clear, compelling written content for various platforms including emails, newsletters, video, social media, and press releases. Review and edit communications for clarity, tone, and brand alignment.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, HR, Compliance and Safety teams to align communication goals and integrate their needs into broader messaging and outputs. Act as a central liaison for communications-related needs across departments, enhancing cross functional alignment.

  • Internal Communications & Platform Management: Oversee internal communications platforms to ensure consistent and engaging updates across the organization. Manage intranet, newsletters, and other internal channels to facilitate information sharing and engagement.

  • Other duties as assigned .

YOUR MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 5 or more years of experience in marketing communications, with a strong emphasis on campaign management, creative services coordination, and written communications.

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing resources effectively.

  • Proficiency in managing digital and internal communication platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

  • In depth knowledge of current marketing communication trends

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software

  • Strong analytic skills and data driven decision making capabilities.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
