Honeywell Building Solutions is a $2.5B strategic business unit inside of Honeywell’s Global Building Technologies Business. HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities connected, safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide.

In this role, you will be responsible to drive day to day operations for the regional service business in conjunction with the GM of Services. You will be expected to develop and deploy talent, align to global process standards, and deliver on annual operating plan productivity commitments all while maintaining a world class safety performance culture.

A key success factor for this role will be the ability to develop and scale our digital service deployment and cybersecurity capability. Additionally, you will be a leader of several growth outcomes in our core business including growth driven from proactive maintenance, upgrading installed base systems, and new service deployment. New service is won or lost by our ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will partner with the HBS customer service organization to drive more seamless and effective customer interactions. New building projects to the operational service environment is critically important. You will work closely with the new construction teams to ensure a flawless hand-over.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead service operations strategy for HBS.

· Drive team to continuously improve safety culture.

· Monitor and benchmark monthly Service financial and operational performance for continuously improvement and AOP achievement.

· Drive productivity initiatives by deploying local best practices globally.

· Ensure new operations tools and capabilities are developed and deployed consistently in all locations where we operate.

· Reduce cycle time and working capital in the consumed by service operations.

· Lead revenue growth associated with technician selling (reactive & preventative maintenance).

· Lead the execution of service-related projects (installed base upgrades, service capability expansions & migrations).

· Deploy appropriate operational capacity in line with business demand.

· Centralize service training requirements and the required service training programs. Those related to technical needs, service excellence and service financial training.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Projects Operations to ensure alignment on the use of common processes, policies, systems, and tools that are applicable to both lines of business, especially those applying to Service projects.

· Support on the construction of an annual business plan and enable business execution to meet or exceed annual revenue and operating income targets.

· Build and develop a talented, engaged, and high-performing team, that is held accountable appropriately, with clearly defined objectives. Lead talent Management Resource Review (MRR) process, performance management processes, and Service talent development/recruitment.

• Lead and manage operations within the West Region, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and targets. • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in operations management. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
