What you’ll be doing:
Assist with coordinating and project managing funded partner activities and tracking progress on related workplans. This includes assisting in monitoring milestones and timelines for funded partner workplans; coordinating with other team members to discuss which team members and partners are responsible which pieces of the project; monitoring the plan and helping to resolve any issues or roadblocks by working with the team and the Project Firstline leadership; monitoring and reporting on the progress of the plan.
Assist Project Firstline team in funded partner communications and engagements. Attend all partner calls and take notes on calls. Track partner questions and requests and ensure timely follow-up. Engage with relevant Project Firstline SMEs and division teams to assist with communications and follow-ups, and draft email outreach and responses.
Monitor communications from funded partners and alert partnership lead with urgent requests, issues, etc.
Monitor funded partner work plan activities and alert team leads to obstacles to timely and effective execution of activities.
Coordinate with relevant teams on Project Firstline and/or DHQP to support the effective execution of activities that require CDC support. Support needs may include the identification and scheduling of an SME to participate in an activity, the review of materials by SMEs or Communications staff, scheduling of calls with partners, etc.

What is required:
- Bachelor’s Degree combined with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of health communication or health education.
