As the Customer Experience (CxP) team, we are focused on quickly onboarding customers to our services, ensure a great customer and partner experience, create a responsive data-driven customer/engineering feedback loop and helping our customers derive maximum value from our platform.

Our team is looking for an experienced self-starter to manage and expand our relationships with Microsoft product teams who integrate tightly with the Microsoft identity platforms. Colloquially referred to as First parties (1P), they are the most important customers of the Identity platform and critical for the platform’s and the company success. A 1st Party SME area of knowledge requires familiarity with software development and its processes, a pulse on contemporary technology trends mixed with learning substantial details of internal apps and services.

This role is critical as our group focuses on creating compelling value in Microsoft Identity Platform as we onboard more customers to use the platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible to develop a keen understanding of how the Identity ecosystem is designed and architected, its various integration aspects, SDKs and tools, and how our services align with customer needs and finally how to best drive awareness and adoption for them.

The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient go-getter who can work in a dynamic environment, tolerate ambiguity, provide and conduct solutions and design and is able to prioritize and deliver with minimal oversight. You will have a strong customer empathy and excellent cross-group and communication skills. Responsibilities:

· Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft’s first party ecosystem, develop processes and artefacts to make the journey of 1P developers smooth.

· Launch and support the evolution of Microsoft 1st party applications. Provide regular solution and security guidance to 1st party engineering teams.

· To help them is to understand their priorities, their architecture, and their organizations. It is to learn about how Microsoft is a 2 trillion-dollar company.

· Aptitude and hunger to learn and adapt to the ever-changing cloud technology spectrum across multiple platforms

· Understands cloud fundamentals for secure, performant and scalable online services. Drive Security topics (Zero trust, permissions management, plugging security holes) that are the super-hot industry wide.

· Possess or willing to develop a solid understanding of security assessment and prevention. Understand vulnerabilities, risks and threats and provide guidance on best practices and countermeasures.

· Champion customer experience and satisfaction in the products and services. Learn from interactions, envision new requirements, take them across the various teams and see them through.

· Identify solution patterns, gaps, whitespace, limits, and adoption barriers and vigorously drive feedback into the engineering teams to fuel the continued evolution Azure Active Directory.

· Deliver Azure Active Directory (up to level 400) solutions and roadmap presentations to a developer audience.

· Solve key partner technical challenges and platform issues and escalate appropriately.

· Take on complex systems and processes and drive simplification and improvements.

· Identify and influence business/engineering systems (process, people, and tools) roadmaps to ensure operational readiness and adoption of capabilities being implemented.

Qualifications

· B.S./B.A. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

· 2-4 years’ experience in a technical / process engineering role

Preferred Qualifications:

· A developer background is a huge plus, because most of the time you’d be working with developers who seek solutions and design validation.

· Previous experience of developing apps for Mobile, PC dev, or Web based technologies using C#, ASP.Net, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, etc. is essential.

· Scripting knowledge with PowerShell and Azure CLI is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills and with the ability to articulate key design decisions and tradeoffs.

· Excellent presentation and communication (both oral and written) skills.

· Any previous experience with Identity and security space will be helpful. Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML is a plus.

· Familiarity of cryptography related topics like Encryption, signing, SSL etc. will be a plus.

· Proven ability to excel in a collaborative team environment.

· Aptitude and hunger to learn and adapt to the ever-changing cloud technology spectrum across multiple platforms

· Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills.

· A demonstrated passion for data driven decision making.
